Online Subscription Refund Policy
 
All sales of Paid For digital media, content access and subscriptions, online and otherwise, by Telecom Partners Group (“TPG”, “We” or “Our”) are governed by this refund and return policy. This refund policy is also subject to our terms and conditions.  TPG reserves the right to vary or terminate the Paid For Services and does not guarantee that a Paid For Service will remain paid for or that a free-of-charge service will remain free-of-charge.

Online Subscription Auto-Renew

All monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions are “auto-renewing,” meaning that we will bill your credit card each month, quarter or year on the anniversary of the calendar day of your subscription, until you cancel. If the calendar day on which you subscribed does not exist in the following month(s), the billing date will be the date closest to the subscription anniversary date. For example, in the case or monthly subscriptions, if you subscribe on June 10, your next billing date is July 10. If you subscribe on March 31, your next billing date is April 30. For billing purposes, we will keep your credit card information on file and may ask you to update it. You may cancel your monthly subscription prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges by cancelsubscription@tpgllp.com or alternatively, call  (646) 397-8082. You may also convert your monthly subscription to a quarterly or annual subscription anytime. If you have a subscription and you choose to cancel, your access to the subscription will continue until the next billing date. For refund information, please see below.

Ending Your Subscription and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription to a Paid For Service at any time by contacting our Customer Services team at cancelsubscription@tpgllp.com or alternatively, call (646) 397-8082. If you decide to end your subscription for a Paid For service, digital media, or content access we will cancel your subscription at the end of the remaining term. We do not issue refunds for any time remaining on any subscription or for any digital media, or content access purchased from TPG.  For example, if you notify Us of your intent to cancel your quarterly subscription on day 70 of a 90-day subscription period, TPG will automatically end your subscription on day 90 of the subscription period. Any cancellation of your subscription will be effective once TPG receives notice of it. All Sales of media, content, reports and other electronically-delivered goods are non-refundable. If you purchase and elect to receive any media, content, reports solely in tangible, printed form, a refund will be issued for the full purchase price if returned, postage paid, to TPG within 10 calendar days of purchase.

Failed transactions

Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. If we are unable to process payment from your card, we regret that it will be necessary to suspend your access to the subscription sections of the Paid For services until you provide us with details of a valid credit card. You can do this by emailing our subscription department at payments@tpgllp.com . You will still be liable for any outstanding payments that could not be met when your account was suspended.
